  • Jazzercise at Work! – WelCo has partnered-up with Jazzercise, the world’s most famous group fitness program, to bring you a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements. Jazzercise at Work provides you with increased cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility, as well as an overall “feel good” factor.
  • Yoga at Work!After a few hours spent hunched over your office computer, your body may start to feel a bit tight and stiff. One way to relax and refresh your stationary muscles and joints is to do some yoga moves in the office.
  • Boot Camp –

Walk at Work – Our Walking at Work program is a self-paced program designed for those just beginning an exercise program or for those needing an alternative fitness program due to a current health condition or disability.
